According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M.
According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Whitestown woman was arrested, following a larceny investigation.
On April 24th, 2024 at approximately 9:00 PM, Oneida County Sheriff Deputies received a complaint, regarding a stolen handgun from a residence. The investigation was ultimately turned over to the Criminal Investigation Unit. On August 12th, 2024, the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested, Julie A. Baird (49), of Whitestown. Baird was charged with Criminal Possession of a Firearm (E Felony) and Criminal Sale of a Firearm in the third degree (D Felony).
Baird was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Building and lodged at the Oneida County Correctional Facility, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
