According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; a man was arrested after an investigation into domestic incidents that occurred in the Town of Boonville. On November 21, 2024, Road Patrol Deputies were called for a report of a violation of an order of protection. Upon completion of the investigation, Kenneth J. Holden, 52, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and stalking in the 4th degree, a class B misdemeanor.

Holden was transported to the Kurt W. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing.

At this time, Holden was interviewed by the Sheriff's Office Domestic Violence Investigator regarding another incident. Holden was charged with criminal contempt 2nd with respect to that incident.

Holden was held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
