According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol on 11/22/2024 at approximately 4:38 AM Deputies responded to a Traffic Incident on State Route 12. State Route 12 between Fountain Street and Red Hill Road in the Town of Paris was closed as a result of Operator Suresh Kumar losing control of the 2005 Freightliner Tractor Trailer while traveling northbound due to slippery road conditions This incident resulted in both lanes of travel being blocked. The Tractor Trailer was cleared from the roadway by Clinton Collision. As of 11/22/2024 at 7:20 AM Route 12 has been re-opened.
