Yesterday, recruits, and families from Oneida and the Lewis County Sheriff's Office attended a welcome breakfast as they started the Basic Peace Officer / Corrections Academy at Mohawk Valley Community College.

At this event, they were able to meet instructors and have the opportunity to interact with those who they will be learning with as they complete their courses.
