According to Oneida County Sherrif, Robert M. Maciol deputies took a complaint in December at the Skenandoa Golf Club for larceny of funds at the business. The investigation was turned over to an investigator in the Criminal Investigations Unit for further investigation.

A suspect was developed and on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, Deanna Hannigan, 47 of Ilion was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny 3rd a class D felony. Hannigan turned herself into the Sheriff’s Office without incident and was arraigned in CAP Court.

Hannigan was released on her own recognizance and is set to appear in the Town of Westmoreland at a later date.
