The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating, Joseph Mendoza. On March 26, 2025, at about 11am, Mendoza violated an order of protection during a physical domestic. Mendoza fled from the scene in a 2014 grey Subaru Forester, NY REG LRH7732 (picture attached) toward the City of Rome, where he is known to stay. If you see Mendoza, please do not approach him, call the Sheriff’s Office at 315-736-0141, with any information about his whereabouts.
