According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M.
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, Patrol units were dispatched to the Verona BOCES Alternative Education Triplexus building on today's date just before 8:30 AM to assist the School Resource Officer and staff with an altercation.
As a result of the incident, two Juveniles were charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration second degree, a class A misdemeanor and a third Juvenile was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration second degree, a class A misdemeanor, Menacing third degree, a class B misdemeanor and Harassment second degree, a Violation. All cited Juveniles were issued appearance tickets referring them to Oneida County Juvenile Probation and released to a parent/guardian.
The Oneida County Juvenile Aid Unit and members of the New York State Police also responded to assist.
