Yesterday Sergeant Avard and Deputy Taylor were at the 2nd annual James Street Festival in Utica for a Child ID event. A total of 33 New York state Sheriffs’ Association Child IDs were provided. There were fun, festivities, music, refreshments and a good time for all who attended. The event continues today (June 8th) from 1 to 6 pm.
