According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at approximately 1:50 PM, a Patrol Deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office conducted a traffic stop involving a U-Haul truck on Dewing Avenue in the Village of Clayville.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as Dylan Keenan (27), of Bridgewater, was found to be operating with a suspended driver’s license. It was also confirmed that Keenan is currently under supervision by New York State Parole.

During the course of the investigation, Deputies located a quantity of methamphetamine along with narcotic packaging materials inside the vehicle. A passenger in the truck, identified as Felicity Wystozaly (19), also of Bridgewater, was taken into custody in connection with the illegal substances.

Both Keenan and Wystozaly were arrested and charged with the following:

• Conspiracy in the 6th Degree

• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree

• Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree

The individuals were transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, where they were processed and issued appearance tickets.

They are scheduled to appear in Paris Town Court at a later date.
