According to Oneida Sheriff Robert Maciol, members of the Road Patrol are attempting to identify the operator of this ATV from 2 separate failure to comply incidents where the operator fled on Sanger Avenue and White Street in the Village of Waterville around 4:48 pm on 9/13/25.
