According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the Sheriff's Office is looking for the public's help in locating a man who has been reported missing. James R. Tracy, 45 years of age, hasn't been seen or heard from by family members in several months. James was last known to be residing in the Utica/Rome area. He is approximately 5'7" tall, 150 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. If anyone has any information on James' whereabouts, please contact the Oneida County Sheriff's Office at 315-736-0141 or dial 911.
