According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a City of Utica man was arrested for unlawfully dealing with a child.

During November of 2025, a domestic incident was reported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office. During this investigation, it was discovered that an adult male purchased and provided alcohol to a 19-year-old victim during the month of August 2025 in the Town of Verona. At the conclusion of the investigation, Brandon T. Cellini, 28, was arrested for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, a class A misdemeanor. Cellini was arraigned in Verona Town Court, and an order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim. After arraignment, Cellini released on his own recognizance.
