Earlier today, Sheriff Maciol,Investigator Constantine, K9 Addie, and Carolyn Walwrath were honored to be invited to be part of the ribbon cutting ceremony for Upstate Caring Partners’ newly launched Community Health and Behavioral Services Crisis Stabilization Center in Utica. This facility will give the Sheriff’s Office Critical Response Team (CRT) a huge opportunity to further help those in our community who are suffering a mental health or substance use crisis. Our partnership will greatly enhance the services that we provide to the community.
