According to the Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Annsville woman was injured following a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident in the Town of Annsville.

On June 12th, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Road Patrol Deputies were dispatched to Glenmore Road in the Town of Annsville for a report of a one car personal injury motor vehicle accident. Subsequent to an investigation, Deputies determined that Tina Burgey (Age 48) was operating a 2014 Dodge Ram, when she exited the roadway and collided with a telephone pole. Following striking the telephone pole, Burgey then struck multiple trees and brush in a wooded area before the vehicle came to rest. Burgey was airlifted to Upstate Hospital by Mercy Flight Helicopter for her injuries. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening and the accident is still under investigation at this time.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Amcare Ambulance, the Taberg Vol. Fire Department, and Mercy Flight.
