According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Derrick O'Meara, who is the Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Verona man was arrested by members of the CAC on September 6, 2026.

On September 5, 2026 a report was received by the CAC regarding allegations of sexual abuse and the case was assigned to OCSO Investigator L. Brognano, who is assigned at the CAC. Upon investigation, it was learned that in May of 2026, Jeffrey Eisaman, age 35, of Verona, subjected a female child less than 17 years of age to sexual contact at a residence in the Town of Verona.

On September 6, 2026 Eisaman was located in Madison County by Inv. Brognano and OCSO Sgt. Melissa Bolton and arrested for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor and Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor. Eisaman was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building where he was processed on the charges and was then held at the OCSO Correctional Facility to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court. An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the child.
