According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, an arrest has been made in the incident below. On 11/03/2026 Tasha Van Dayne, age 37, of Clinton NY, turned herself in to Deputies at the Law Enforcement Building. She was arrested and released on an appearance ticket for the charge of Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Van Dayne is scheduled to appear in Kirkland Town Court on 11/16/2026.
