According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on November 20, 2024 at approximately 1200 hours, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of N Hillsboro Rd, in the Town of Camden.

Following the investigation into the traffic stop, it was determined that the operator, Kenneth A. Marsh, age 40 of Camden, was operating the vehicle with a suspended drivers license. Kenneth was taken into custody and transported to the Law Enforcement Building for processing. Kenneth was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the first degree, a Class E Felony, Kenneth was lodged in Oneida County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment. Additionally Kenneth was issued Traffic citations returnable to Camden Town Court.

Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the New York State Police.
