According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on November 27, 2024, at about 3:54 PM, Deputies responded to Route 69 and Lee Center Taberg Road intersection in the Town of Annsville for a two-car mother vehicle accident reported injury.

Upon arrival, Deputies determined that Lori Tymofy, 56, of Blossvale, NY, was operating a red 2006 Dodge Caravan southbound on Lee Center Taber Road in the Town of Annsville. Tymofy failed to stop at the stop sign, causing her to enter the roadway on Route 69. As Tymofy entered the roadway, a Bliss Garbage truck of Taberg, operated by Ernie Flagg, 54, was traveling Westbound on Route 69. Flagg was struck, causing a collision, which resulted in Tymofy's vehicle getting into a ditch. Tymofy's passenger Joseph Lord was transported via Mercy Flight to SUNY Upstate Medical, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the accident.

Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on the scene by AmCare, Mercy Flight, and Taberg Fire Department.
