Sheriff Maciol and Chief Deputy Owens were honored to attend the Tuesday night Swearing in Ceremony of Dave Olney as the new Chief of Police for the Village of Boonville. Chief Olney recently retired from the New York State Police as a Sgt. / Station Commander. He began his law enforcement career with the Sheriff’s Office in 1987. We wish him well in his new role and we look forward to working with him for many years to come.
