According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol,

On January 17th, 2025, at approximately 8:00pm, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies responded to 6075 Judd Road, Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court, located in the Town of Whitestown, for a reported Order of Protection Violation.

Once on scene, Deputies determined that Jordan Card, age 34, was just served an Order of Protection, protecting the victim, before being released from Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court. Upon being released, Card called the victim, thus violating his Order of Protection. Deputies located Card on Airport Road, and Card was taken into custody. While in custody, Card did head butt a Deputy.

Card was charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, and Harassment in the Second Degree.

Card was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Building to be processed, and was later turned over to the Oneida County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment.
