MVA Personal Injury Town of Camden
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a 28 year old woman was injured in a two car motor vehicle accident in the Town of Camden.
On February 12th, 2025, at about 8:06 pm, Caitlin Piersall, age 28, was traveling West on State Route 13 in a 2007 Honda SUV. A 2019 Ford SUV, operated by Janet Shannon, age 66, entered the roadway, in an attempt to make a left hand turn, and failed to yield the right of way to Piersall. This caused the two vehicles to collide. Piersall was evaluated on scene and transported by Vineall Ambulance to Oneida Health Hospital with minor injuries.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene.
Shannon was issued a citation regarding the incident, returnable to the Town of Camden Court at a later date.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by Village of Camden Police, Camden Fire Department, Vinaell Ambulance, and The Shop Towing.
