According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Mount Upton woman was arrested on February 11th, 2025, following a larceny investigation.

On November 19th, 2024, the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division responded to 4687 State Route 233, RJ Auto and Tire Sales, in the Town of Westmoreland regarding a stolen motor vehicle. The investigation was then turned over to members of the Criminal Investigation Unit. As a result, members of the Criminal Investigation Unit were able to locate Antoinette Milano (53) in the Town of Guilford, County of Chenango, and subsequently arrested and charged Milano with Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a class D felony. Milano was processed at the Kurt B. Wynman Law Enforcement Building.

Milano was then escorted to CAP court where she was then released on her own recognizance. Milano is scheduled to appear in Westmoreland Town Court at a later date and time.
