UPDATE -

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 03/19/2025, Patrol Deputies located the subject involved in a Train/Pedestrian accident that occurred on 03/10/2025 on the CSX Railway in the City of Rome.

Deputies located and arrested Tanya Larsen, age 49, of Rome without incident. Larsen was transported at processed at the Sheriff's Office and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Rome City Court. Larsen is charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor.

As a reminder to the public, it is a criminal offense to be on railroad property and/or the right of way.
