According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M.
According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, On the 5th of 2025, the Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Remsen Central School District regarding a school bus driver operating in an unsafe manner. An investigation was conducted, and it was found that Donna M. Worden, (58) of Cold Brooke New York, intentionally operated a Remsen Central School Bus recklessly in the Town of Remsen which caused injury to at least one student and endangered the safety of all the students on the bus. After the investigation was completed, Worden was subsequently arrested on the 20th of March 2025, and charged with 1 count of Assault in the 3rd degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, 13 counts of Endangering the Welfare Of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor, and 14 counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd also a Class A Misdemeanor. Worden is scheduled to appear in Remsen Town Court on a later date.
