According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol deputies responded to the Deerfield Fire House in the Town of Deerfield for a burglary investigation. The burglary occurred the night of April 1st. The case was turned over to the Criminal Investigations Unit for investigation. On April 9th Mersad Dolic, 33 of Utica was charged with Burglary 3rd a class D Felony. Dolic is currently incarcerated at the Oneida County Jail on an unrelated charge but will be arraigned in CAP Court on the new charge. The investigation is still ongoing as we are working on locating the other suspect.
