Congratulations to Lt. Donna Campbell on receiving the 2025 “Culture of Caring” award from Wellpath. Wellpath is the medical provider for the Oneida County Jail, and Lt. Campbell oversees the Programs Unit in the Corrections Division. The medical staff who work in the jail presented her with the award.
