According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Lee man was arrested following a physical domestic dispute in the Town of Lee. On June 24th, 2025, Deputies assigned to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol Division responded to a residence in the Town of Lee for a reported domestic incidents that had occurred throughout the previous week and weekend. Upon arrival and subsequent to an investigation, it was determined that Damian Michael (30) of Lee had engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend. Subsequent to the investigation, Michael was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, where he was booked and processed on the following charges: (1) ‎count of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree - Class (E) Felony (1) count of Criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation - Class (A) Misdemeanor (1) count of Menacing in the Second Degree - Class (A) Misdemeanor (1) count of Assault in the Third Degree - Class (A) Misdemeanor (1) count of Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree - Class (A) Misdemeanor (1) count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree - Class (A) Misdemeanor After being processed, Michael was turned over to Oneida County Correctional Facility to be held for centralized Arraignment.
