According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Westmoreland man was arrested following a domestic complaint. On July 2nd, 2025, Deputies assigned to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol Division responded to a residence in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported domestic incident that had occurred earlier that day. Upon arrival and subsequent to an investigation, it was determined that Jason Pritchard (31) of Westmoreland had engaged in communication with his ex-girlfriend, contrary to the provision set by an Order of Protection. Subsequent to the investigation, Jason was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, where he was booked and processed on the following charge:(1) ‎count of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree - Class (A) Misdemeanor

After being processed, Jason was turned over to Oneida County Correctional Facility to be held for centralized Arraignment.
