According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M.
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on the morning of July 2, 2025, Patrol units were dispatched to the Skenandoa Club in Westmoreland after damage appearing to have been caused by a vehicle driving on the golf course greens and fairway, was discovered by Club employees.
The cost to repair the damage was estimated to be in excess of $4,000.00. The case was turned over to the OCSO Criminal Investigations and Juvenile Aid Units. A Juvenile, whose name will not be released due to age, was charged with Criminal Mischief second degree, a class D Felony for driving onto the golf course and causing the damage.
The Juvenile was arraigned in Oneida County Court Youth Part and released on their own recognizance to a parent with an upcoming return date.
