According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Westmoreland man was arrested following the report of a domestic incident and order of protection violation that occurred in the Town of Westmoreland. On August 14th, 2025 at or around 12:00 pm, Deputies responded to an address on State Route 233 in the Town of Westmoreland for the report of an order of protection violation. When deputies arrived, it was determined that an active order of protection was violated. Following an investigation, Jason Pritchard (31) of Westmoreland was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd. Pritchard was transported to the Law Enforcement Building, where he was processed and turned over to Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
