According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a New York City man was arrested regarding an incident that occurred within the Oneida County Correctional Facility.

On October 24th, 2025, a Road Patrol Deputy responded to the Oneida County Correctional Facility located at 6075 Judd Road in the Town of Whitestown for a criminal mischief complaint. During the investigation, it was discovered that inmate Daishaughn Hodge had damaged property within the correctional facility. Due to the cost of the items damaged, this investigation was turned over to members of the Oneida County Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU).

As a result, on October 28th, 2025, Investigators charged Daishaughn W. Hodge, age 25, with one count of Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony, in violation of section 145.10 of the New York State Penal Law.

Hodge was processed and arraigned in CAP court at a later time.

On this same date, Hodge was charged with two counts of Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Incarcerated Individual, a Class E Felony, in violation of section 240.32 of the New York State Penal Law. This stemmed from an incident that occurred on September 19th, 2025, within the Oneida County Correctional Facility where Hodge had splashed two corrections officers with urine and contents of a toilet bowl.
