According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Town of Vienna man was arrested after a domestic dispute investigation.

On December 8th, 2025, members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division responded to a residence in the Town of Vienna for a report of a domestic dispute. At the conclusion of the investigation, Christopher Filey, age 35, was arrested and charged with one count of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a Class E Felony pursuant to section 215.51(bv) of the New York State Penal Law. Filey was further charged with one count of Harassment in the Second Degree, a Violation pursuant to section 240.26 of the New York State Penal Law.

Filey was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building. Filey was then transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he was held pending arraignment in CAP court.
