According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Mohawk woman was arrested on 12/11/25, upon completion of a prison contraband investigation that occurred at the Oneida County Correctional Facility. On December 11, 2025, deputies with the Oneida County Sheriff's Road Patrol Division responded to the Oneida County Correctional Facility regarding a prison contraband complaint. As a result of the investigation, Alicia Crossway, was arrested and charged with (1) count of Promoting prison contraband in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor, and (1) count of Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor. Crossway was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building and remains incarcerated at the Oneida County Correctional Facility, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
