According to the Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a…
According to the Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Frankfort woman was arrested for Felony DWI following a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident in the Village of Waterville.
On December 28th, 2025, at approximately 2:27 a.m., Road Patrol Deputies responded to a one car property damage accident on Buell Ave in the Village of Waterville. Upon arrival, Deputies detected indicators of impairment from the operator of the vehicle and conducted a DWI investigation. Subsequent to the investigation, Alicya T. Hallam (Age 24) of Frankfort, NY, was arrested and charged with the following:
(1) Count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree VTL 511(3)a1, a Class (E) Felony.(1) Count of Driving While Intoxicated VTL 1192(3) with a Prior Conviction in the preceding 10 years - a Class (E) FelonySeveral other traffic violations and traffic misdemeanors.
Hallam was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing and was released on her own recognizance following arraignment in CAP Court.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by New York State Police.
