According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M.

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on January 2nd 2026, a Camden man was arrested following a domestic dispute. On January 2nd, 2025, at approximately 1:56 PM, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Camden regarding a physical domestic dispute. Further investigation led Deputies to determine that during the physical altercation, an active order of protection was in place.

As a result, William J. Noviscky (40), was taken into custody and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation, and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, an E Felony. Noviscky was transported to the Camden Field Office for processing. Noviscky is currently being held, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the New York State Police and members of the Criminal Investigations Unit.
