According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Town of Lee man was arrested on January 21st, 2026, following a dispute. On January 16th, 2026, at approximately 11:15 AM, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a dispute that occurred on Lee Center Taberg Rd, in the Town of Lee. Upon deputies' arrival, it was determined by deputies that property was damaged, and an order of protection violation occurred. The investigation was turned over to members of the Criminal Investigations Unit.

As a result, Roger F. Gullerat (62) of Lee, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, both E felonies. Gullerat was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing. Gullerat was processed, released and issued an Appearance Ticket, returnable to Lee Town Court at a later date.
