According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Marshall woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Marshall. On March 1st, 2026, Jausaun Murden, age 35, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on March 1st, 2026. Upon completion of the investigation, Murden was arrested and charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful Imprisonment, a class A Misdemeanor, and one count of Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation. Murden was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, and was arraigned in CAP court, and was later released on her own recognizance.
