According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a woman from the City of Rome was arrested following an investigation into a criminal mischief complaint.

On December 31st, 2025, Deputies were dispatched to the Rome Walmart located at 5815 Rome-Taberg Road in the City of Rome for a criminal mischief complaint.
