According to Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Utica man was arrested on 3/16/26 after stealing an e-bike that was left unattended outside of the Oneida County Office Building in Utica. With the assistance from the Utica Police Department, a suspect was quickly located and subsequently charged. Eric L. Chrysler age 39, was charged with Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Utica City Court at a later date.
