According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Marshall man has been arrested following a domestic incident.

On March 22nd, 2026, the Road Patrol Deputies assigned to the Waterville Field Office were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Marshall for a domestic incident. Upon completion of the investigation, the Road Patrol Deputies arrested, Daniel W. Eisenhut, age 33, and he was charged with the following:

Endangering the Welfare of a Child, (Class A Misdemeanor; 1 Count) Harassment, in the Second Degree ( A violation)

Eisenhut was then turned over to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
