According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Marshall woman has been arrested following a domestic incident.

On March 31st, 2026, the Road Patrol Deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office received a complaint regarding numerous domestic incidents that have been occurring in the Village of Waterville. Upon completion of the investigation, on April 4th, 2026 the Road Patrol Deputy arrested, Jausaun Murden, age 35, and she was charged with the following:

Stalking in the 4th Degree (B Misdemeanor) Harassment, in the Second Degree (Violation)

Murden was then turned over to the Oneida County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
