The Sheriff’s Office spoke to the Mohawk Valley Institute for Learning in Retirement (MVILR) this afternoon at the MVCC Campus in Rome. The focus of the talk was public safety and scam prevention along with speaking about some flagship programs available to the public from the Sheriffs Office, including the Yellow Dot Program, the Blue Envelope Program , and the Oneida County Threat Assessment Management (TAM) team. We had great conversation with everyone in attendance along with fielding a lot of good questions.
