According to the Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Village of Sherrill woman, and Town of Annsville woman were injured following a one vehicle personal injury motor vehicle accident in the Town of Annsville.
On Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at or around 9:05 PM, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported personal injury motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of State Route 69 and Taberg RD in the Town of Annsville. Deputies determined that Monica M. Tebo (age 33) was operating a 2016 GMC Sierra in a westerly direction on State Route 69 when she exited the roadway on the northern shoulder of the roadway before colliding with a tree, where the vehicle came to a rest roughly 25 feet off the roadway. Tebo was subsequently airlifted to SUNY Upstate Hospital by Lifenet helicopter. Tebo's passenger Kendra L. Hatzinger (age 37) also sustained lacerations to her head and was transported to SUNY Upstate Hospital via Amcare ambulance. The injuries do not appear to be life threatening at this time and the accident is still under investigation at this time. Route 69, which was closed for a period of time, has since been reopened to the public.
The Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Amcare Ambulance, Lifenet Helicopter, the Taberg Volunteer Fire Department, NYSDOT, New York State Police, and Kirk's Automotive and Towing.
