According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M Maciol, on October 14th, 2026 a search warrant was executed within Oneida County at "One Dream" 9060 State Route 365 Stittville NY, relative to illegal cannabis sales/possession. The Oneida County Health Department, New York State Office of Cannabis Management, and Oneida County District Attorneys Office also assisted in the investigation. As a result of the search warrant the following items were seized:
Approximately 94 grams of cannabis flour.Approximately 320 grams of cannabis edibles. Approximately 96 grams of cannabis THC vapes.
Assorted illegal fireworks.
The Oneida County Health Department seized a quantity of Kratom products and a large quantity of flavored vape products. The sale of flavored vapor products is prohibited in New York State under Public Health Law Article 13-F Section 1399-MM-1.
“The seizure of unregulated cannabis products, including edibles and THC vapes, underscores why enforcement is a critical part of protecting public health,” said Daniel Haughney, Chief of Enforcement and Investigations at the New York State Office of Cannabis Management. “When cannabis products are sold outside the licensed market, consumers cannot rely on the testing, labeling and safety standards required under New York’s regulations. This operation demonstrates the importance of coordination between state and local partners in removing potentially unsafe products from circulation, holding illegal operators accountable and protecting the integrity of New York’s legal cannabis market.”
Fines and or arrests are pending at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
