According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Sangerfield man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Sangerfield.

On December 6, 2024, A Patrol Deputy assigned to the Waterville Field Office responded to a report of a Domestic at a residence in the Town of Sangerfield. Upon completion of the investigation, it was determined that Tyquan Singleton, 38, had ensued in a verbal argument with the victim, punched a hole in a wall with his fist, and ensued in a physical altercation with the victim while there had been children present.

Singleton was arrested and ultimately charged with the following:

Harassment 2nd, a Violation.

Criminal Mischief 4th (destruction of property), a Class A Misdemeanor.

(2 Counts) Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Singleton was transported to the Waterville Field Office for processing, and was transported to the Oneida County Jail where he is being held pending arraignment at the Oneida County Central Arraignment Court.
