According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; a woman…
According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; a woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Village of Boonville.
On January 25, 2025, Road Patrol Deputies were called for a reported domestic in progress in the Village of Boonville. Upon arrival, Deputies determined there was a current stay away order of protection in place protecting the male party.
Upon completion of the investigation, Dorothy Sherbeanou, 38, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor. While in custody, Sherbeanou spit on Deputies and was additionally charged with harassment 2nd degree, a Violation, and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Sherbeanou was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
