According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, a Juvenile faces multiple charges related to a fight that occurred at the Adirondack High School on March 13, 2025. After the fight, School officials contacted the Oneida County Sheriff's Office and the victim sought medical attention which initiated an investigation by both Patrol and the Juvenile Aid Unit. Subsequent to that investigation, the juvenile was cited for Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class A misdemeanors and for Attempted Assault in the 3rd Degree, a class B misdemeanor. The juvenile was issued appearance tickets returnable to Oneida County Juvenile Probation on an upcoming date.
