According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, Mack H. Schaffer, 18, of Clinton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of an alcoholic beverage with intent to consume by a person under twenty-one years of age, a violation, after he used a forged Pennsylvania State ID to purchase alcohol at the Cliff's Local Market in Clinton on July 1, 2025. Schaffer was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Waterville Field Office and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Kirkland Town Court on an upcoming date.
