According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, (3) individuals were arrested on November 7th, 2025, following the burglary of a dwelling. On November 7th, 2025, at approximately 4:26 AM, Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residence, located in the outer district of the City of Rome, regarding a trespass in progress complaint. Upon deputies' arrival, it was determined by deputies that the dwelling appeared as if someone had entered through a window. After deputies made entry into the dwelling and conducted a search, (3) individuals were found hiding in a bedroom on the second floor of the residence. All (3) individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for further investigation.

The case was turned over to members of the Criminal Investigations Unit and Forensic Identification Unit. As a result, Alexandria D. Radziewicz (34) of Whitesboro, Corey D. Delahunt (40) of Whitesboro, and Stephen W. Felski (39) of Utica were charged with Burglary in the second degree, a class C Felony. All (3) individuals were processed and are currently being held at the Oneida County Correctional Facility, awaiting Centralized Arraignment.
