According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Camden man was arrested after a physical domestic incident.

On February 5th, 2026, Road Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Camden for a reported domestic incident in progress.

After an investigation into the matter, Mark Breslin Jr., 38, was arrested. Breslin was charged with Criminal Mischief in the third degree, Class E felony, Menacing in the third degree, Class B misdemeanor, and Harassment in the second degree, a violation.

Breslin was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman law enforcement building where he was booked and held for arraignment.
